Ligo is a service that offers an API to connect business systems with banks in Panama. These terms govern use of the ligoapi.com website and of the Ligo services.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the website or the services, you accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent.
3. The service during the pilot phase
Ligo is in its pilot phase. Access is by invitation and the available features may change.
4. Bank credentials and customer responsibilities
Bank credentials are issued by the customer’s bank and remain under the customer’s control.
5. Bank fees
Any fees charged by the customer’s bank are paid by the customer directly to its bank.
