Does Ligo store my banking data?
No. During the pilot phase Ligo runs with zero custody: it does not store your balances or movements and it does not hold funds. Data passes through Ligo to reach your system in a common format.
Who holds the bank credentials?
You do. Your bank issues the credentials to your company and they stay under your control. You can revoke them at your bank whenever you decide.
Which banks work today?
Banco General is live in pilot. Banistmo, Mercantil and BAC are in progress. Banco Nacional, Caja de Ahorros, Banco Aliado, Citi, Banesco and the regional banks are on the roadmap, and their order depends on waiting-list votes.
Which ERPs does it work with?
Ligo is an API, so any ERP or system that can call an API can integrate with it. The waiting list asks which one you use so we know which integrations to document first.
What do source and as_of mean?
They are two fields present in every response. source tells you how the data was obtained from the bank, through its API or from a file, and as_of tells you when it was read. With them your team knows whether it is reconciling against recent information.
Does Ligo move or hold my money?
No. Ligo never holds funds. Payments are executed at your bank, with your credentials and under your bank’s controls.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free for design partners. Paid plans will arrive with general availability. Any fees your bank charges are paid by you directly to your bank.
When will it be available to every company?
We do not publish dates we cannot keep. If you join the waiting list, we will let you know when there is news about the banks you selected.
